Another hurdle jumped!

I have now applied to got to uni in september, scary stuff. I am going to be studying Youth and Community Work with Applied Theology, I am really excited now I just have to find my church placement so time to get praying!!
On a more fun note this week I went bowling with ben, Ruthie and Rich however I proved myself to be extremely rubbish only scoring 48, however I was the only person to score a proper strike GROVEY!! Rich won in the end but Ben was winning for most of the competition.
Our lent giving up thing this year is that we have given up supermarket shopping, we are doing well so far we have used the market, the local butchers, the fair trade shop and a lovely little farm shop. I really like not going to the supermarket, we aren't spending as much because we are only buying what we really need and not what we happen to see on special offer which is brilliant.
